The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in plumbing detailing/foreman roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office. Local Texas candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Local to Texas.
• 5+ years of experience as Plumbing Detailing, Apprentice, Journeyman, and Foreman.
• Knowledge of Texas Mechanical and Plumbing Codes/ASPE, and industry standards.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Autodesk, Revit, BlueBeam, Navisworks, and Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues.
• Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator.
• Generate, Manage, and log RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Spoolers, Foreman on active project.
• Review Contract documents, local code requirements, and construction drawings.
• Report and communicate with clients, building owners, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate work.
