You will collaborate with Owners, PMs, and field personnel to ensure accuracy and on-time project delivery, while logging RFIs, submittals, and drawings. Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing field experience as an Apprentice, Journeyman, and/or Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of State and Local Plumbing Codes/ASPE, Title 24, OSHPD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, Revit, BlueBeam, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues.
• Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator.
• Coordinate with Owners, Project Managers, Spoolers, Foremen, Architects, Engineers and Vendors to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Manage and log RFIs, submittals, contract documents, local code requirements, and construction drawings.
