Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is hiring for a Plumbing Detailer in Dallas to support a growing plumbing contracting team on major Texas projects. The role emphasizes BIM coordination, RFIs, submittals, and drawings, with close collaboration with PMs, foremen, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in plumbing detailing/foreman roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office. Local Texas candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Local to Texas.
• 5+ years of experience as Plumbing Detailing, Apprentice, Journeyman, and Foreman.
• Knowledge of Texas Mechanical and Plumbing Codes/ASPE, and industry standards.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Autodesk, Revit, BlueBeam, Navisworks, and Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues.

We are a large growing Plumbing contractor in Dallas that works on many of Texas’s biggest and best Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Texas’s best and brightest Plumbing Detailer’s in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve issues.
• Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator.
