Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Attorney Manager in Texas to lead a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff. The role requires a J.D. and active Texas Bar license, with 5+ PI jury trials experience and a proven formal managerial background.

You will direct client strategy, case development, settlement negotiations, and manage the full lifecycle of PI cases across multiple markets. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• J.D. required and active Texas Bar license.
• 5+ personal injury jury trials experience preferred.
• Strong managerial background in litigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client strategy sessions, case evaluation, demand letters, settlement negotiations, and litigation management from filing to verdict.
