Qualifications

• Strong personal injury trial background (5+ jury trials preferred).
• Proven experience building or leading litigation teams.
• Active Texas Bar license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff across the full case lifecycle.
• Drive strategy, case evaluation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation through resolution.
• Mentor and develop junior litigators to improve advocacy and case outcomes.
