Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.
• 1–3 years of pre-litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage docket of personal injury cases.
• File lawsuits and draft and answer discovery.
• Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and trials; assist with trial preparation.
• Evaluate claims with claims representatives.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal secretaries to propound discovery and coordinate depositions and trials.
• Litigate claims to trial when necessary.
