JW Zepeda Law Firm is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 4–8 years of litigation experience to join our Texas litigation team in Corpus Christi. This plaintiff-side role offers meaningful courtroom responsibility, with a base salary of $120,000–$180,000 per year based on experience.

Responsibilities include managing a personal injury docket, drafting litigation documents, taking and defending depositions, and pursuing settlements with strong preparation. Texas license required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license in good standing.
• 4–8 years of litigation experience.
• Experience litigating personal injury or comparable civil matters.
• Experience practicing in Texas state courts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation docket and develop case strategies.
• Draft and review petitions, pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial.
• Attend hearings, mediations, court conferences, and other case-related proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client communication.
