Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a highly experienced Law and Motions Attorney to join a Dallas, Texas personal injury litigation team. This on-site role focuses on complex motion practice, dispositive motions, writs, and appellate matters, collaborating closely with litigation and trial teams.

You will draft, research, and argue complex motions, support trial teams with jury charge issues, handle post-trial motions, and draft appellate briefs in Texas courts.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Texas bar license or eligibility to practice law.
• Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.

Responsibilities

• Draft, research, and argue complex motions in personal injury cases.
• Support trial teams with jury charge issues and trial strategy.
• Handle post-trial motions, including motions for new trial and JNOVs.
• Draft and argue interlocutory and appellate briefs in Texas courts.
