Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Dallas, TX seeks a Law and Motion Associate to lead law and motion work in advance of trial and act as embedded appellate counsel at trial.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple significant matters, coordinate across teams, and drive case strategy with strong briefing on complex legal issues. JD required with TX bar admission; product liability and mass tort experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5th to 7th year associate with law and motion experience.
• Proficient in written advocacy at the trial level.
• Experience with large multi-member teams.
• Leadership experience on legal matters.
• Experience in product liability and mass torts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead law and motion work in advance of trial.
