Job summary

Vylor Inc. seeks a Pioneer Field Agronomist for Texas & Oklahoma (central/northeast Texas and Oklahoma). The role requires travel within the territory (Waco, Dallas, Texarkana, Oklahoma City or midpoints).

You will train Pioneer agents, lead on-farm trials, and deliver agronomic solutions from seed to digital tools, driving growth and customer value. We value a Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years in agronomy sales, strong coaching and negotiation skills, and willingness to work in rural settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred for advanced agronomy knowledge.
• 5–7 years of agronomy sales experience.
• Ability to sell, negotiate, influence, resolve conflict, and coach.

Responsibilities

• Educate Pioneer agency network with agronomic advice and product management.
• Lead local trials and agronomy communications for grower education and sales growth.
• Support onboarding and development of sellers to grow market share.
