Vylor Inc. seeks a TEXAS/OKLAHOMA Pioneer Field Agronomist to educate growers, lead local trials, and grow market share in Central Texas, Northeast Texas and Oklahoma.

You will train Pioneer agents, deliver agronomic guidance, and leverage our seed, treatment, and digital portfolio to offer a differentiated solution. Requirements include a bachelor's, 5–7 years in agronomy sales, strong negotiation and coaching skills, travel readiness, and driving record clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master’s degree in Agronomy preferred.
• 5–7 years of agronomy sales experience.
• Ability to sell, negotiate, influence, resolve conflict, and coach.
• Agronomy and crop production experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in rural environments.
• Ability to pass a driving record background check.
• No visa sponsorship or international relocation offered.

Responsabilités

• Educate and empower Pioneer agency network with agronomic advice.
• Lead local trials and education plans to support growth.
• Onboard and develop professional sellers for market share growth.
• Coach relationships, sales tactics, and on-farm negotiations.
• Maintain knowledge of Pioneer products and services.
• Leverage portfolio, including seed and digital tools, to differentiate offering.
• Collaborate with peers and partners across functions.
