Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Pioneer Field Agronomist to cover Texas and Oklahoma. You will educate Pioneer agency networks, lead local trials, and support growth with agronomic insights and differentiated product management.

You will travel to rural areas, coach field sellers, build trusted grower relationships, and stay current on Pioneer products. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in agronomy sales are required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of agronomy sales experience.
• Able to sell, negotiate, influence, resolve conflict and coach.
• Agronomy and crop production experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in a rural environment.
• Ability to pass a driving record background check.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; international relocation is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Educate and empower our Pioneer agency network with agronomic advice and optimized product management.
• Lead local trials and agronomy communications to support grower education and sales growth.
• Support onboarding and agronomic development of professional sellers to deliver a differentiated customer experience and market share growth.
• Coach effective relationship-building, sales tactics, and value-added negotiations through on-farm sales calls with Pioneer Agents for existing customers and prospects.
• Maintain a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Pioneer products and services.
