Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; horticulture/landscaping training is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for coordinating crews and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape maintenance across multiple Texas properties.
• Lead crews and coordinate tasks; monitor productivity.
• Conduct quality and safety inspections; ensure OSHA alignment.
• Manage irrigation systems, scheduling, and timely repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage budgeting and invoices.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training.
• Lead seasonal projects and storm-response cleanups.
• Maintain records for budgets and compliance.
