Job summary

Peoples Rx is seeking experienced Texas-licensed pharmacists to join our Austin team in a retail setting that values patient care, collaboration, and quality service. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with shifts starting around 8:30–9:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Texas-licensed pharmacist required with experience in community pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
• Comfortable using pharmacy technology and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently while maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance
• Counsel patients on medications, proper use, adherence, and potential concerns
• Provide knowledgeable, compassionate service to patients and customers
• Collaborate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
• Work closely with pharmacy technicians and other members of the pharmacy team
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Support the continued development and improvement of pharmacy services
