Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Staff Pharmacist in Texas to support the Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Support Staff. The role focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer care while maintaining efficient workflow.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, supporting patient care programs, and contributing to the pharmacy's profitability and service excellence. The position requires an active Texas pharmacy license and immunization certification,

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and operating the pharmacy.
• Oversee patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, profitability, loss prevention and workflow in the pharmacy.
• Contribute to patient care programs and help drive healthy outcomes.
