Job summary

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Director of Business Development in Florida to lead territory growth within the state, expanding existing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

The role emphasizes consultative selling to law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurers, with a track record of revenue growth. The position offers a base salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits, with travel across the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, or outside sales.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Consultative selling approach to engage legal clients.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities.
• Build relationships across client organizations including attorneys and partners.
• Promote and sell litigation support services through a consultative sales approach.
• Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Communicate service offerings, pricing, and value propositions effectively.
• Maximize revenue opportunities through strategic account management.
• Provide client training and support related to services and technology solutions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
