Pro Industrial Services (A Texas Compression Company) seeks experienced Industrial Erectors – Structural Steel & Equipment to support heavy industrial projects across Texas. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in erecting structural steel, rigging, and setting equipment while reading drawings and performing field layout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of industrial construction, structural steel erection, equipment installation, millwright, ironworker, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience erecting structural steel.
• Demonstrated experience rigging and setting industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and understand structural and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to use tape measures, levels, squares, and other common layout tools.
• Working knowledge of rigging practices and lifting equipment.
• Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments.
• Ability to pass required client drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Erect structural steel, miscellaneous steel, equipment supports, platforms, stairs, ladders, handrails, and related components.
• Rig, move, position, and set industrial equipment using cranes and other lifting gear.
• Follow project drawings and specifications to install platforms, supports, and installations.
• Assist with equipment installation and alignment per manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain safety and coordinate with crane operators and fellow crew on site.
