The ideal candidate holds a Texas HVAC Contractor's License and Siemens Controls Training, with 4+ years of relevant experience. Must pass drug test and federal background check for access to a military installation.

Qualifications

Real ID required for this position.
4+ years HVAC Mechanic experience in light commercial or heavy industrial.
Texas HVAC Contractor's License is mandatory.
Proof of Siemens Controls Training required.
OSHA Certification is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and operating manuals.
Physical ability for climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
Background check and drug test for federal installation access.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial/industrial A/C and refrigeration systems.
Work with systems using mechanical, vapor compression, absorption, and air cycle methods.
Ensure safety and reliability; diagnose issues and replace/repair components.
Inspect pressures, temperatures, and operation; check for leaks.
Install and connect controls, piping, and gauges; test system operation.
