Job summary

Johnson Controls in Dallas area is seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to support light and heavy commercial systems across North America. You will maintain, repair and replace components on heating and cooling equipment, working with journeymen and apprentices to deliver reliable service.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' HVAC troubleshooting in commercial settings, EPA refrigerants license, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry, including rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing.
• Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.
• Universal EPA refrigerants license and applicable state or local licensing; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Provide quotes to customers and support sales quoting as needed.
• Provide our customers with high-level service to solve facility inefficiencies and provide actionable solutions at commissioning and after-market service.
