• Communicates with Medical Director, Ordering Physician, care team and internal office regarding findings and measures to alleviate symptoms.
• Provides physical and emotional care to support patient and family in crisis.
• Educates patient and caregiver.
• Orders, performs, and interprets laboratory and radiology tests within scope.
• Prescribes medications including controlled substances as licensed.
• Assists in care coordination and maintains accurate patient records.
