Job summary

Dry Force Corp. seeks a Director of Business Development to lead growth across Texas locations within the HighGround portfolio. You will shape sales strategy, enable the team, and coach BDRs to elevate performance across referral channels such as plumbers, HVAC, and property managers.

Reporting to the VP Channel Business Development, you will partner with marketing, drive multi-location expansion, and ensure scalable processes, OKRs, and KPI tracking while traveling up to 50% across Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8-12 years in sales, channel development, or business development with 3+ years in multi-location leadership.
• Experience with referral-based sales channels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across Dry Force's Texas locations within HighGround portfolio.
• Standardize channel messaging and partner collateral; manage incentive programs.
• Mentor and coach Dry Force BDRs and local teams; drive KPI attainment.
