Job summary

HighGround is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth for Dry Force across Texas locations. You will lead strategy, sales enablement, and performance coaching for BDRs while engaging key referral partners such as plumbers and property managers.

You will develop scalable sales frameworks, manage incentives, and collaborate with marketing to expand the brand across Texas. Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making are essential, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in sales, channel development, or business development, with 3+ years in multi-location leadership roles.
• Experience driving growth in referral-based or channel partner environments is essential.
• Proven track record of coaching and scaling BDR teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Texas-wide growth strategy for Dry Force within HighGround portfolio.
• Oversee lead generation, onboarding, and relationship management of key referral sources.
• Standardize channel messaging and partner collateral; manage referral incentives.
