Job summary
Weston Solutions, Inc. in Texas seeks a strategic Client Account Director/Regional Leader to guide the CSL business across the state.
You will shape statewide market strategy, deepen priority client relationships, build a durable pipeline, and connect Weston's capabilities to Texas opportunities. You will mentor project managers and seller/doers, lead pursuit strategies for high-value opportunities, and translate technical concepts for non-technical decision makers, strengthening our delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, planning or related technical field.
- 15+ years' experience with Texas-based clients, in a strategic business development leadership position.
- Growth mindset with 5+ years of demonstrated success in business development and proposal development to municipal and state agencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to expand Weston CSL business in Texas and build a robust client pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority Texas clients; lead capture and proposal strategies.
- Attend associations, conferences, and events to expand Weston’s presence in Texas.
- Mentor Project Managers and Seller/Doers to grow internal capabilities.
- Translate highly technical information for non-technical decision makers to highlight risks and opportunities.
