Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field.
• 5-7 years of data management or analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data cleaning.
• Experience handling confidential/sensitive data with privacy controls.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structured databases and data dictionaries.
• Maintain Texas KPIs with verifiable data sources for reporting.
• Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or similar tools.
• Perform descriptive and exploratory analytics to inform strategy.
• Ensure data governance and privacy standards are followed.
• Produce analytical summaries for leadership and donors.
