Qualifications

• 4-6 years of private equity, sponsor and portfolio company experience in M&A transactions.
• Experience drafting operating and partnership agreements and handling day-to-day needs of portfolio companies.
• Strong M&A transaction leadership from inception to closing; minority/majority issuances; corporate governance; teamwork and training junior associates.
• Strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, and ability to negotiate important transaction documents.
