Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in private equity funds, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies related to M&A, capital raises, and debt/securities offerings.
• Experience drafting operating and partnership agreements and handling day-to-day needs of portfolio companies.
• Strong academic background with superior drafting and research skills; able to lead transactions from inception to closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing, including majority and minority equity issuances in conjunction with deals.
• Draft critical transaction documents and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Collaborate across practice groups and train junior associates as needed.
