Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a Leverman with hydraulic dredging experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (drug/test and fit test) and random testing.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.
• Verifiable dredge and leverman experience on coastal projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate dredge controls including cutter head, spuds, and winches.
• Lead safe work practices and enforce PPE usage.
• Monitor gauges, production logs, and report issues to chief/captain.
• Maintain daily sign-in/out logs and lever room records.
• Communicate effectively with captain and project engineer.
• Assist with vessel operations when the dredge captain is absent.
