Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Leverman on a Cutter Suction Dredge.
• Post-offer physical exam and drug screen required.
• Able to work 8–12 hour shifts on various dredges or marine projects.
• Willingness to travel and work a rotating schedule.
• Experience with a 30" Hydraulic Cutter Dredge is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid picture ID.

Responsibilities

• Controls the movement and positioning of the cutter suction dredge.
• Manages the slurry entering the pump to maximize production.
• Digs on anchor and spud systems.
• Communicates clearly with the dredge crew and with other marine traffic.
• Directs personnel to safely assist in dredge operations.
• Manages dredge systems through PLC.
• Maintains a safe working environment.
• Follows company ethics and safe conduct standards.
