Job summary

Omega Morgan is expanding in Texas and we’re seeking a Branch Manager to establish and lead a new Central Texas operation from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity with a proven foundation and strong corporate backing.

You will build the local team, develop customer relationships, own P&L, budgeting, and safety culture, and coordinate with sales, operations, and field teams to deliver disciplined, long‑term growth in a fast‑moving market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations, project, or branch leadership experience in industrial services.
• Direct experience in rigging, heavy haul, crane, machinery moving, logistics, or similar operating environment.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.
• Demonstrated safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and leading the new Central Texas operation.
