Mphasis delivers next-generation technology to clients and seeks a Project Manager to lead initiatives at the client site in Texas. You will drive project planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination to meet objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and facilitate decision making.
• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
