RS&H, Inc. seeks a Regional Aviation Buildings Leader / Project Director to grow its aviation buildings practice across Texas and the South Central U.S.

You will deepen relationships with airport executives, identify opportunities pre-procurement, and lead multidisciplinary pursuits that deliver strong client outcomes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes strategic growth, market intelligence, and the ability to guide internal teams while staying close to delivery,

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture from NAAB-accredited program.
• 15+ years of relevant experience and leadership across disciplines.
• Active architectural license and knowledge of codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional aviation growth strategy.
• Expand RS&H's Aviation Buildings presence across major Texas airports.
• Build relationships with airport leaders, stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Identify future opportunities before formal procurements are released.
• Lead multidisciplinary pursuits that align with client needs and market priorities.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes.
• Grow and shape the regional Aviation Buildings team as the market expands.
