RS&H, Inc. is seeking a Regional Aviation Buildings Leader/Project Director to grow our Aviation Buildings practice across Texas and the South Central United States.

You will shape the growth strategy, deepen airport relationships, and guide multidisciplinary teams to win and deliver major aviation projects. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in aviation buildings with leadership across disciplines, an active architecture license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant experience across multiple disciplines.
• Active architecture license in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional aviation growth strategy.
• Expand Aviation Buildings presence across TX airports.
• Build and deepen relationships with airport leaders and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities before formal procurements are released.
• Lead multidisciplinary pursuits that align with client needs.
