Job summary

People-Architects is seeking a Temporary Equipment Testing Technician in Westchester County to perform comprehensive testing on machines and equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. This role supports timely order entry and helps prepare change orders for the Project Management team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, relevant certification or degree, 1+ year of testing experience, and proficiency with testing tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or associate degree in electronics, engineering, or similar preferred.
• 1+ year experience as an Equipment Testing Technician or similar in manufacturing/assembly.
• Familiarity with testing tools and equipment.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficient with testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

The Equipment Testing Technician will perform basic administrative and clerical functions to ensure that orders are properly entered in a timely and accurate manner. This position will also provide support to the Project Management team with preparing and compiling change orders.
