Job summary

Sylvania in Tucson is seeking a diligent proctor to support GATE testing administration during the 2026-2027 school year. This seasonal role involves coordinating test sessions, monitoring testing conditions, and ensuring protocol compliance.

Hours will vary with the testing schedule and district needs. Applicants should have at least one year of experience with children in an educational setting, basic computer and word-processing skills, and strong English reading and writing abilities.

Additional Requirements After Hire

• Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card (at employee’s expense).
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Preferred Requirements

• Certified teaching experience.
• Experience working with K-8 classroom settings.
• Experience with test facilitation and proctoring.
• Arizona Teaching Certificate
• Bilingual
