Maxonic Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development and deployment of memory testing solutions.

This role spans the product lifecycle, coordinating across test engineering, silicon validation, manufacturing, and operations to deliver scalable test solutions for memory products. The candidate will own end-to-end program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation while guiding global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience managing complex programs involving semiconductor testing solutions.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test flows, silicon validation, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for memory testing solutions from product definition through deployment.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Design, Validation, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
• Drive development and deployment of wafer sort, package test, system-level test, characterization, and production test solutions.
• Ensure alignment of testing strategies with product requirements, manufacturing readiness, quality objectives, and customer deliverables.
• Monitor program execution, resolve technical and schedule risks, and drive issue resolution across global engineering teams.
• Track key performance indicators including test coverage, yield, test time, quality, cost of test (CoT), and production readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement through test automation, process optimization, data analytics, and best practices.
• Communicate program status, technical risks, and executive updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

This role is responsible for driving cross‑functional programs across test engineering, product engineering, silicon validation, manufacturing, and operations to deliver scalable, high‑quality test solutions for new and existing memory products. The ideal candidate combines strong technical program management expertise with a solid understanding of semiconductor testing, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Experience with memory technologies such as NAND Flash, DRAM, SRAM, LPDDR, DDR, HBM, or emerging memory devices.
• Knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE), system‑level test, characterization, yield improvement, and reliability qualification.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is preferred.
