Our client, a global leader in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing space, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex hardware and software validation initiatives.

This is a high-visibility, execution-focused role responsible for driving structured validation programs from planning through formal closure. The ideal candidate thrives in disciplined environments, leads cross-functional teams without direct authority, and ensures high-quality deliverables are completed on time and fully documented.

What You’ll Do

• Define clear scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Application Engineering, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Integration teams
• Establish execution cadence (weekly reviews, risk tracking, action logs)
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change control
• Ensure validation documentation, sign-offs, and governance standards are completed
• Develop and standardize playbooks, dashboards, templates, and KPIs to improve execution discipline
• Provide concise executive-level status reporting to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of technical program management experience (7–12 years preferred)
• Background in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or complex system integration environments
• Experience leading hardware/software validation, system test, or quality-driven programs
• Strong understanding of structured project management (risk management, lifecycle governance, change control)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
• Strong communication and executive reporting skills
• Experience using tools such as Jira or MS Project
