Job summary

The University of North Georgia on the Dahlonega Campus is seeking a Part Time Test Center Administrator to support day-to-day operations for UNG and National Testing Agencies, including PearsonVUE, CLEP, HESI, TEAS, eCore, Distance Learning, DSST, Accuplacer and Prometric.

The role reports to the Coordinator of Testing and requires availability for extended days, evenings, and some weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain TCA certification within 12 weeks.
• Must obtain and maintain membership in GA and National testing associations.
• One year of experience in an office, retail, or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operation of the two Dahlonega testing centers while adhering to National Testing Agencies and Prometric standards; respond to inquiries, schedule testing, record scores, and assist with testing schedules.
• Maintain knowledge of testing programs; ensure security of test materials; verify identity of candidates; maintain inventory of test materials.
• Communicate IT issues with the Coordinator of Testing and Prometric tech support; coordinate with Prometric District Manager and UNG Coordinator of Testing to ensure testing continuity.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
