Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Testing Manager to lead safe planning, coordination, and execution of factory and site testing for packaged power generation systems.

You will drive test readiness, performance verification, and turnover to commissioning or customer acceptance, coordinating with project management, engineering, and operations. You will establish testing strategies, ensure compliance with procedures, and manage witnesses, documentation, and issue resolution while maintaining

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/electrical field.
• Minimum 10 years in power generation, rotating equipment, EPC, field service, testing, or commissioning.
• At least 3 years in a testing/leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project-specific testing execution plans covering scope, boundaries, test sequence, prerequisites, responsibilities, resources, utilities, risks, witness points, schedules, acceptance criteria, and turnover requirements.
• Review contracts and ITTs to establish testing execution basis and customer obligations.
• Lead readiness reviews for generator packages, controls, and test equipment.
• Coordinate factory and site testing, energization, first-fire, synchronization, load testing, and performance verification.
• Ensure testing follows approved procedures, codes, and standards and document results.
