Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years in software testing or QA for enterprise apps.
• Experience leading testing efforts and coordinating QA workstreams.
• Experience with test planning, test case development, execution tracking, defect management, and release readiness reporting.
• Familiar with automated testing tools/frameworks and hands-on testing when needed.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Crystal City, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing activities across enterprise application projects.
• Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, processes, and execution tracking.
• Coordinate testing work across functional, automation, developers, BAs, PMs, and clients.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure testing deadlines are met.
• Review and verify test cases, scripts, results, evidence, and completion status.
• Validate testing work is accurate, complete, and aligned with requirements.
• Provide hands-on support for testing, analysis, and validation when needed.
• Understand system workflows, data flows, integrations, interfaces, and behavior at a high level.
• Track progress, pass/fail, defects, blockers, risks, and release readiness.
• Lead defect triage meetings and coordinate retesting and closure.
• Review automated test results and coordinate with automation resources.
• Communicate testing gaps, risks, and quality concerns to leadership.
• Prepare and present testing status, dashboards, metrics, and go/no-go recommendations.
• Support functional, regression, integration, UAT, system, automated, and end-to-end testing.
