Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required for this role.
• 5+ years of software testing, QA, or enterprise application testing.
• Experience leading testing efforts or coordinating QA workstreams.
• Strong understanding of testing frameworks, QA methodologies, and lifecycle.
• Experience with test planning, case development, execution tracking, and release readiness reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing activities across enterprise application projects.
• Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, processes, and execution tracking.
• Coordinate testing across functional, automation, and development teams.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review test cases, results, and supporting evidence for quality assurance.
• Provide hands-on testing support when needed and analyze defects.
• Review automated test results and coordinate with automation resources.
• Prepare testing dashboards, metrics, and status reports.
• Support functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
