Job summary

University of Central Florida is seeking a Testing Assistant for Student Accessibility Services to support an accommodated test proctoring system handling around 10,000 exams annually. You will coordinate scheduling with students and faculty, manage detailed testing data, and collaborate with a team to ensure timely, accurate testing logistics.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and on-site work at UCF.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 0+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing information in databases or data management systems is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Process test requests within the SAS database and coordinate during final exams.
• Manage detailed testing information communicated by professors and store it accurately.
• Communicate exam details and scheduling preferences to students, faculty, and staff.
• Maintain continuous communication with the SAS team about testing logistics.
• Support SAS front desk duties, including answering phones and greeting guests.
