  • Ensures administrative processes and forms for instructor services are completed promptly.
  • Responds to instructor requests and communications via telephone, email, and online submissions.
  • Plans and participates in department meetings.
  • Supports department leadership with daily clerical tasks.
  • Serves as liaison between department and other business units.
  • Prepares materials related to marketing, student recruiting, fundraising, data reporting, and related functions.
  • Makes travel arrangements for department leadership and staff and coordinates reimbursements.
  • Coordinates events and related tasks.
  • Adheres to policies safeguarding university assets.

This position coordinates day-to-day operations of the program, event planning activities, and the assists with the development, organization, production, and evaluation of the program to achieve its mission, goals, and objectives. **CORE JOB FUNCTIONS** 1.
