Key responsibilities include resolution of matters pertaining to employee benefit programs, including life, health, medical/dependent care spending accounts, COBRA as well as retirement plans.**CORE JOB FUNCTIONS*** Responds to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefits programs and policies.* Identifies and assesses customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.* Builds trust with customers through open and interactive communication.* Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools to address benefits concerns.* Meets department customer service call handling targets.* Provides timely resolution to complaints; researches expressed concern, and evaluates options to remedy complaints.
