Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a mid-level Manager, Testing and Commissioning to oversee their team and ensure testing and commissioning aligns with production program requirements across facilities.

You will lead daily operations, develop staff, manage inspections with third parties, and ensure documentation meets design intent. This role requires 100% travel between facilities and a Construction Management degree with 10+ years in QA/testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in quality assurance and/or testing and commissioning, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and testing methods required.
• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the execution of the Senior Manager Field Quality directives to ensure testing and commissioning protocol aligns with production requirements.
• Provides operational oversight of daily Testing & Commissioning Team activities and future management.
• Directs workload, development, and client-facing skills of staff.
• Establishes testing/commissioning documentation and record-keeping for OS MPS program.
• Manages inspections with third-party teams to ensure complete, approved documentation.
• Develops and maintains the Material and Equipment Testing Plan.
