Modular Power Solutions (MPS) is seeking a Production Manager II to provide manufacturing support and oversee enterprise level development programs. You will drive production scheduling, materials planning, and cross-functional collaboration with safety, QA, and program teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a deep background in electrical construction, leadership across technical programs, and strong communication. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in technical field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician required.
• Minimum 12 years field/industrial construction and/or manufacturing experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production programs with Head of Production directives.
• Identify and implement improvements to production processes.
• Prepare bill of materials for each production program.
• Ensure product design is followed on manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate manpower with the BVA lead to match production scheduling demand.
• Maintain QA/QC processes and adherence.
• Collaborate with program GF to create and maintain production schedules.
• Coordinate with program management on customer needs and timelines.
• Work with Safety Team to ensure safe manufacturing practices.
• Mentor Production Manager I with technical knowledge and clear communication.
