Job summary

Modular Power Solutions (MPS) is seeking a Production Manager II to provide manufacturing oversight for enterprise level development programs in the U.S. You will drive production directives, coordinate scheduling, and ensure QA/QC standards on the manufacturing floor.

The role requires a technical background with 10+ years electrical field experience, plus 12 years in construction or manufacturing. Travel up to 10% is expected, with opportunities to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and electrical industry required.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Be the technical SME for the production program while maintaining client relations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and align production programs with Head of Production directives.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes.
• Prepare bill of materials for production programs.
• Ensure product design is followed on the manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate manpower with the BVA lead to meet scheduling demand.
• Ensure QA/QC processes are followed.
• Collaborate with GF to maintain production schedules.
• Coordinate with program teams on customer needs and timelines.
• Partners with Safety Team to ensure safe manufacturing practices.
• Mentor Production Manager I with technical knowledge and clear communication.
