Job summary

Francis W. Parker School in Chicago seeks a highly organized Testing Center Coordinator for the Mid October 2026 through December 2026 period.

The role oversees daily Testing Center operations, schedules assessments, manages materials, and provides proctoring support as needed to ensure a consistent testing environment. The Coordinator will work closely with the Upper School Learning Resources Department Chair to ensure equitable access to testing and uphold procedures and academic integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Education or related discipline.
• Familiarity with progressive education principles.
• Comfortable in a diverse environment and community.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Respect for confidential information and integrity.
• Highly flexible and reliable to support testing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Testing Center.
• Schedule assessments and manage testing materials.
• Provide direct proctoring support as needed.
• Communicate with faculty, students, and families about testing.
• Maintain testing procedures and academic integrity.
• Maintain Testing Center records and collaborate with Upper School Learning Resources.
