Job summary

Bucknell University is seeking a part-time Testing Center Coordinator to support the Office of Accessibility Resources. You will proctor tests, check students in and out, and provide scribe and reader services to ensure accessible testing.

The position is on campus, 20 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters, with occasional evening hours during finals. It is gift funded for an initial one-year term with potential renewal based on funds and performance.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required with two years of related work experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; proficient with internet, email, and calendar software.
• Familiarity with assistive software and hardware technologies; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Test Administration and Security: Proctor a variety of tests while maintaining a secure testing environment and test integrity.
• Operational Support: Assist with daily test center operations including scheduling and general office tasks; manage test calendar and resources.
• Front desk duties: Check students in/out, handle inquiries, provide scribe/reader services when needed.
