Job summary

Oklahoma State University-Stillwater is seeking a Testing Center Assistant to manage daily testing operations, proctor a wide range of assessments, and collaborate with Student Accessibility Services, faculty, and admissions to deliver reliable testing services.

The role requires a high school diploma with clerical experience, plus proctor certifications after hire. Normal hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional overtime during exams and some Saturday testing.

Qualifications

High school diploma and 1 year of clerical/customer service experience.
High school diploma and 2 years of clerical/customer service experience.
High school diploma and 3 years of clerical/customer service experience.
Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
Must acquire required proctor certifications after hire.
Completion of OSU HR certificate programs after hire.

Responsibilities

Administer the day-to-day testing operations and proctor exams.
Coordinate with SAS, Admissions, and faculty to provide testing services.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in testing records and reporting.
Work hours are Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm; overtime during midterms/finals may be required.
May involve occasional Saturdays for national tests.
