Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Testing Center Assistant to support daily operations, document test details, and enforce testing rules.

You will help maintain a safe testing environment, participate in meetings, and collaborate with students and staff. A Bachelor’s degree is required; pay range is $19.76–$36.75 per hour, with Florida background screening as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Familiar with testing procedures and maintaining test records.
• Able to enforce rules and regulations of testing centers.
• Experience using campus testing systems or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Testing Center Coordinator with daily operations of the testing center.
• Documents test details including start times, end times, irregularities, or other issues under the guidance of the Testing Center Coordinator.
• Enforces rules and regulations of the University Testing Center and relevant testing agencies.
• Maintains respectful relationships with all individuals involved in testing processes.
• Contributes to the maintenance of a safe and secure testing environment.
• Participates in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
